This 2-day workshop is designed to make you aware of your own very unique presence and visibility. As actors we all want to be seen, to be cast, to be memorable and at the same time it is one of the biggest challenges to really show ourselves. This workshop is about the conscious handling of your body and body language, the uncovering of unconscious behavior patterns, mindfulness for yourself and your counterpart. It trains you to use your frequency, vibration and elemental force, which serves you privately in your visibility as well as for your character. You will use it on stage, in front of the camera, in castings and in your daily life.
