As an actor and acting coach, I love how we can use our body and our voice as instruments to move people emotionally and physically, leaving them inspired by what we do and say. This is how we connect with each other on a personal level. All of my work revolves around this.
The root and inspiration of my work has been and still is my ongoing work and studies in the field of acting, movement and voice, mostly with acting coaches Larry Moss, Charlie Sandlan, Jean-Louis Rodrigue and Kristof Konrad in NYC and LA and Amelie Tambour (Meisner) and Jens Roth (Source Tuning) in Berlin. They made me understand how acting is a true craft – a deep physical and emotional work that needs passion, patience and full commitment so that we can grow as actors and therefore as humans.
From my dear friend Jesse Torgenson i learned how to breath and how „ good-breathing“ is essential in becoming fully emotionally and physically available and alive. Over the last years I also have been studying at the Lichtenberger © Institute for applied Voice Physiology, the Meisner Actors Space in Berlin and the Maggie Flanigan Meisner Studio in NYC.
I participated in several productions with the Theater Company „Cafe Tambour“, founded by Amélie Tambour. The latest one „Poison – a marriage story“ by Lot Vekemans in 2019 and 2021. These productions were based on the Meisner Technique.
