Studio Tambour Productions
Since Graduation from the Academy for Performing Arts in Ludwigsburg in 2014, I have been working on several projects with my colleagues Christian Fischer, Dafne-Maria Fiedler, Annedore Kleist and Rob Liethoff. Together we have been researching the art of acting through various stages of performance. We began with working on the repetition exercise, developed it and brought it on stage, to see what we can do with it in front of an audience, how it changes and what it can transport in political and didactical ways. Based on that experience we began digging deeper into the field of honesty. It almost appeared to us that we can not go deep enough into the attempt of a real, honest encounter. Always the question in mind: what is contact? Since then we have worked on plays, looking for honesty and contact in actual, real, old school stories such as Shakespeares Richard III. Our last production was a two person play from Lot Vekemanns „Poison – a marriage story“. We worked on that play for several years, developing and researching our art of acting and directing over and over again, because that’s the best thing in the world to do, we love it.
