“Everytime“ a feature film by Sandra Wollner wins at Cannes Film Festival 2026

I again head the pleasure to be part of the team as acting coach of a feature film by The Barricades.

This time I worked with Tristán López for about half a year, training to be in the moment, really listening and appearing authentic on screen.

This time, I worked with Tristan for about half a year, focusing on being fully present in the moment, really listening, and being so precise that his acting recedes into the background to such an extent that it looks as though he isn’t acting at all. For a few days, I then had the opportunity to work with the entire cast and ensure that all the actors embraced the vulnerable journey of this story.
The result is impressive and not only won the top prize in the ‘Un certain regard’ section at Cannes, but also took the top prize for Best Film at the Sarajevo Film Festival. At the moment, the film is in the running for the Oscar. I am very proud to have been part of this project and am very grateful to Sandra Wollner for so lovingly entrusting her cast to me, which enabled me to support her directorial work wonderfully.
